  1. What FAÚNDEZ GOURMET offer?

We offer a whole selection of WILD MUSHROOMS, WILD BERRIES y CHESTNUTS, fresh in their season, quick-frozen, dehydrate and preserved. Our delivery date is 24 to 48 working hours. However, in not capital provincial towns, the consignment can be delayed because some shipping agencies which we work have a specials timetables according the areas.

When you are subscribe as registered user on our virtual shop, you can will receive a newsletter with our news and offers, if you wish.

Yes, VAT is included.

 

  1. Which areas do you deliver your products?

Our e-commerce service includes Iberian Peninsula complete. Check prices for Balearic Islands and Portugal. For consignments to France, Italy, Ceuta, Melilla and Canary Islands we do a personal estimation, check.

 

  1. What are the delivery charges?

Delivery charges depends of the kind of consignment, fresh, frozen, dehydrate or preserved products.

Refrigerated shipping for fresh     15,00 €      and  frozen products  18, 00€

Normal shipping for dehydrate or preserved products, 7, 50€

  1. There are a minimum consignment?

There are not a minimum order, but from 120€ you get delivery charges free.

(Except in refrigerated or frozen shipments to the Balearic Islands, in which the delivery charges will be free from 150,00 €)

 

  1. What discounts can be applied?

We always have promotion products with a special prices.

 

  1. Do I need to register to buy?

You can buy as guest, is not necessary be a registered user for make an order, but we suggest make the subscription to ease  the process in next buys and for to be informed of our offers and news.

 

     10. What can I do if my product are wrong or defective?

We advise to verify the consignment at the same moment you receive it. If you detect any incidence, you must communicate it to the shipper in this moment for let record on the note.

If you detect any fault in the products after delivery, contact right away in the e-mail pedidos@faundez.com and our customer service will try to solve the problem as soon as possible

With fresh products you have 24 hours to make your demand, after this time, the company will not be responsible.

 

    11. Can I cancel or modify a consignment already confirmed?

Yes, except when the package are in distribution. Contact with our orders management and customer service in the e-mail pedidos@faundez.com and we will cancel your order. Don’t forget indicates the consignment reference in your e-mail. The amount will be refunded in the same payment method. If not be possible, the amount will be refunded by check or promissory note.

 

     12. What kind of payment methods I can be used?

Paypal.

Bank transfer.

Credit card: credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard).

Cash on Delivery, this option has a 7% charge on the total amount.

     13. How can I track my package?

Because of the short delivery time we don’t have a package track system. You can know the status of your order contact us in our customer service e-mail pedidos@faundez.com and we will give you the information provided by the shipping agency.

 

     14. It is possible to complain if my order is not in the predicted time?

Our main intention is to provide each customer the best service and quality at all times. However, there may be delays for many causes because we work with delivery agencies and may be produced faults for wrong address, absents, transport failures, etc. If your order are with big delay can you contact us in our customer service by e-mail pedidos@faundez.com and we will find out what happened and we will try to solve the problem as soon as possible.

 

     15. Where do you send the invoice?

We send the invoice to customer address. If the address is the same that the package, we send them together, if not, we send the invoice to the address the customer provides us, by ordinary post or e-mail.

 

     16. Can I have my order in less than 24 hours?

For fresh products consignments we use SEUR COLD 13:30h, for the rest of consignments is not possible this service.

When you pay by bank transfer we may to check it for authorize the consignment.

     17. Where do you store my personal information?

Your personal information will be stored in our security data base, management by only one person and subject to rigorous audit control for detect any unwanted intrusion. Please note that your data is processed in compliance with Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, on personal data protection (LOPD), which will be incorporated into a file owned by FAÚNDEZ GOURMET whose purpose is the business management with you. You can exercise your rights of access, rectification and opposition by sending a letter to FAÚNDEZ GOURMET: (Ref.
