Ingredients: piquillo peppers, sautéed boletus (see recipe)

Preparation mode

FOR BECHAMEL: milk, flour, a teaspoon of butter, salt, white wine and pepper.

PREPARATION: prepare a thicker béchamel, add the sautéed finely chopped boletus and fill the piquillo peppers. Prepare another bechamel lighter to which will be added a pepper of the piquillo and crush next to the béchamel and pour over the piquillo peppers stuffed with boletus and ready, that easy.
