Quick-frozen products can be mix in the same consigment with dehydrated fungus but never with fresh or preserved products, in this case we consider a diferent consigment.
The melanosporum truffle in its optimum estate of maturation is submitted to IQF quick-frozen technique, preserving its whole properties and aromes.
TUBER MELANOSPORUM (Black truffle)
EATABILITY: Excellent, intense arome.
HABITAT: Grows hypogetically in limestone because of
the presence of iron, symbiote of planifolios, especially oaks in Southern Europe.
SEASON: Begins to formm at ends of summer, maturate from November to March.
