Preparation mode

👉
We skip the mushrooms in oil, with garlic, salt and pepper.
 
👉In a pan with oil we mark the fish round and round,
👉We add crushed garlic, and when it is golden, add lemon juice, mushrooms and parsley.
👉 Let cook for a few minutes and dilute a little cornstarch in cold water and add it to the fish, rectify salt, we hope it thickens.
